Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette PDF Print E-mail
Serves 12

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic (whole, lightly smashed)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a jar or other airtight container. Cover, shake well and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
